How do I book a discovery call or a photoshoot?

How far in advance do I need to book?
My diary fills up 1-2 months in advance, so keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. Of course, if a rush deadline comes up, you are welcome to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.
My brand is not UK-based, can I work with you?
Yes, absolutely! I have clients in US, Canada, Switzerland and many more around the world :) You just need to take care of International shipping and the rest I’ll take care off.
How long does it take to get my pictures?
On the normal circumstances, you will get your photos within 10 working days from the day of the shoot. There are particular circumstances when it is a bit longer due to the number of requested pictures. This information will always be discussed with a client before a shoot and stated in the agreement.
Do you do location shoots?
Have a location in mind? Yes, I do, mainly in London and Brighton area! We can discuss al the details during Free Discovery Call :)
Can I get the RAW files?
I don’t provide the .RAW files to clients for two main reasons. The .RAW images are files are straight from my camera & untouched. At the .RAW state the images are not edited and they don't represent my photography quite yet.Think of a painting, I’ve only prepped the canvas in this stage. It also takes special software I’ve purchased to convert them into an image so that you can view it on your screen. This process is long for me and the file sizes are massive. The action of converting these files is part of what you paid for with my services.
My brand is based in London. Can we meet up to drop off our products to you?
Yes. I am based in East London, and we can always arrange a meet up to collect your products or alternatively you can drop them off at my home studio.
Can I come to your studio and watch you shoot my products?
I know how exciting it is to see your product transform into the stunning imagery, but unfortunately, I can not provide you with this opportunity. I work remotely from my home studio, which is a private environment for my family and me. But do not worry, If you want to I can keep you updated with some behind-the-scenes content!
Is there a deposit to pay?
Yes, there is a 30% deposit to pay to secure your shoot date in advance and also it helps me to start sourcing props for your shoot.
Do you provide props and backgrounds?
Yes, I have a collection of backgrounds and props. However, I always try to source any specific props for your photoshoot if I already don’t have it in my possession. However, I strongly advise my clients to send any branded packaging and merchandise with their items for lifestyle shots. All of my backgrounds are relatively neutral so that your product can stand out, but if there’s a specific background you want for your images, I can source this too.

All deposits are non-refundable.
